Research in action

Questions, answered

How long does a research sprint take?

Two weeks end to end: one for recruiting and sessions, one for analysis and reporting. Larger audiences can extend to three.

Do I need existing users to interview?

No. I recruit from your customer base when possible, and from panels or your target market when you're pre-launch.

What do I receive at the end?

Session recordings, transcripts, journey maps and a findings report with prioritized, costed next steps your team can act on immediately.

Can research feed straight into design?

That's the point. Most clients roll the findings into a UI/UX design sprint with me the following week.

Stop guessing. Start knowing.
