Social media engagement tracker

Brightwave Social tracked social performance across five tools and four spreadsheets. I built one live dashboard — and marketing finally knew what to post next.

The challenge

Metrics everywhere, insight nowhere

Each channel lived in its own tool, numbers disagreed, and the Monday meeting ran on gut feel. The brief: one trustworthy view connecting social activity to leads and checkout.

The approach

One pipeline, one truth

I unified the platform APIs into a single feed, designed engagement views around content decisions — what to repeat, what to kill — and tied every chart back to lead generation and checkout.

Deliverables & outcome

01

Unified data feed

All major platforms normalized into one pipeline with daily reconciliation and anomaly flags.

02

Decision dashboard

Engagement, reach and conversion views built around the Monday question: what do we post next?

03

Alerts & reports

Weekly auto-summaries and spike alerts so wins get repeated while they're still warm.

Result

6 hours a week saved per marketer

With one live dashboard instead of scattered spreadsheets, each marketer gets 6 hours a week back — and content decisions finally run on shared data.
